CSG Further Builds its Employee-Centric Culture
ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSG Systems International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS), the trusted global partner to launch and monetize digital services, announces that Christine Mellon will join the organization as its new chief human resources officer, starting July 1, 2016.
In this role, Mellon will report to CSG International’s President and CEO, Bret Griess, and will work with the CSG leadership team to further build the company’s progressive, employee-centric culture.

Mellon has more than 25 years of human resources expertise developed in leadership roles in technology, financial services and pharmaceutical organizations. She most recently served as vice president of human capital management transformation at Oracle and previously led global human resources for Aepona and Echostar.
Mellon has directed organizational efforts in leadership development, learning, talent management, succession planning, talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, engagement, compensation and benefits and change management. She has also held operational leadership roles in sales and service delivery.
As a recognized speaker and thought leader on talent management, Mellon participates frequently in national executive human resources events, including Argyle, Evanta and HCI conferences. She currently serves on the board of Family Promise of greater Denver, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending homelessness.
Mellon has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Villanova University.
