During the event, CSG will exhibit at the Cape Town Convention Center, stand P98 and P99, where company executives and technical experts will discuss its International Managed Services program as well as CSG Ascendon™, the company’s new, innovative digital services platform designed to help cable and telecom operators to capitalize on the next generation of digital services. 

In addition, James Kirby, CSG’s executive director of international managed services will present a master class on Aligning Operations for Digital Services Profit on Wednesday, November 18 at 2:00 p.m.  The session will present key lessons learned from working with one of the largest global telecommunications operators in South Africa, to simplify and streamline the cost and structure of its operations in preparation for the growth and monetization of digital services.

CSG is also a finalist and competing for top honors in the AfricaCom Awards, Best Cost Efficiency Solution for Africa category for its International Managed Services program.  The award winners will be named on the evening of November 18, 2015.

Held November 17-19 in Cape Town South Africa, AfricaCom is the largest technology event in Africa.  The event brings together senior decision makers from the entire digital ecosystem to network, develop knowledge and gain inspiration from current industry trends and products.
