Richard joined CSG in 2008 to build the company’s partner-led go-to-market strategy. More recently, he has been responsible for the market strategy behind CSG’s managed services practice. Prior to CSG, he held leadership roles at Amdocs and British Telecom. Richard has significant sales, business development, partner development, services, and strategy expertise in the telecommunications and software space. He is a frequent speaker at various conferences and events and has been a leading spokesperson as one of the early entrepreneurs in the mobile segment.
